What You Missed From the 88th Academy Awards: FASHION ALERT

The 88th Academy Awards ceremony, presented by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, honored the best films of 2015 and it took place at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood last night.

The awards were hosted by Chris Rock, which if you missed his highly anticipated monologue, I suggest you watch it. Talk about sitting on the edge of your seat. I’m not sure how I felt about the length of time he spent poking fun, although it was entertaining to watch the faces of actors and actresses as cameras cut to them during the comedians various punch lines.

My absolutely favorite part of the annual event is always the red carpet fashion, which I’ve listed my top 5 looks, but equally as amazing was the moment Chris Rock brought out the Girl Scouts for some friendly competition to raise money and awareness.

Check out my favorite looks from the night and award winners of the evening. Enjoy!
