Maintaining beautiful skin while under stress

The summer is ending and stress is building as we prepare to head back to school. For some of us it’s the final semester of our college career, while others are still plugging along to complete their degree. Also, many college students’ internships and/or summer jobs are coming to an end.

As you may know stress leads to loss of sleep at times and poor skin. Personally, all of my stress goes directly to my face and it’s obvious. BREAK OUT ALERT. Three important facial steps that I’ve learned over the years are exfoliating, cleaning and moisturizing. This month, I’ve tried these products below and I am extremely impressed and am seeing results.

Just be sure to remember, WASH YOUR MAKE-UP OFF EVERY NIGHT before you go to bed!

EXFOLIATE
